Online Store Terms

General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. This excluding credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Payments
Payments for our Service wil be processed through our secure payment gateway on the Website. You agree to pay the fees as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
Refunds
We allow refunds within a 30-day period on your first initial payment if you are not satisfied or do not understand our services, which means you have 30 days after you sign up to any TradesAI subscription plan to receive a refund on your first payment. To get a refund, you can contact us at support@tradesai.com and we will assist you within 6 hours. Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to arrive in your bank account. Refunds are not guaranteed and a legitimate reason must be provided for which is to be accepted at the discretion of the Service provider.
We allow refunds specifically for yearly subscription auto-renewals within the first 72 hours of billing, however, we are not required to process a refund under any other circumstance after 30 days including the case you forgot about auto-renewal of your subscription.
We send reminders prior to annual billing cycles and It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewals by logging in or emailing support@tradesai.com.
We do not accept refunds when paying with crypto due to potential transaction fees & other matters.
Non Guarantee
While we strive to provide valuable and relevant advice, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Services. The success of implementing any recommendations is dependent on various factors beyond our control.
Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination will not affect our continuing rights and obligations under any provision which is expressed or intended to survive such completion termination or expiration or which is required to give effect to such termination or expiration. Without limiting the foregoing, the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions that are intended to survive, include but is not limited to those in relation to payment, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability, dispute resolution and obligations related to termination, shall all survive termination and expiry of the agreement between us for the benefit of the Party to whom they are given.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malta.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TradesAI concerning the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect or in any circumstance, the validity, legality or enforceability of such provision in any other respect or circumstance will not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and the Parties will endeavour to replace the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision with a similar provision and the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
